Lucas Iacovelli

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Lucas has a unique local perspective on the South Florida real estate markets and services his clients residential and commercial real estate needs. Lucas received his Florida Sales Associate licence in 2021 and soon after closed several sale and lease deals in Miami Beach. Living on South Beach and being educated in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables at the University of Miami, Lucas has an in depth understanding on the various submarkets of Miami.  

Lucas has a strong analytical and finance background giving a well-informed perspective on both luxury residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lucas has worked at both Plaza Construction and Terra Development, giving him a diverse background in real estate development and construction. Lucas applies this broad understanding of the overall industry when working with his clients for their investments or personal residences. Lucas is currently working on a MBA in real estate at University of Miami. 

Lucas is an active boater and sports fisherman. He frequently travels to the Bahamas where he enjoys many different hobbies such as free diving and sailing. This passion drove his decision to remain in Miami and to help others invest in or find their dream lifestyle and home in Miami.
