Stirling Fairman

Stirling grew up in a household surrounded by the real estate business with his dad a real estate developer and his mom as an agent with her own brokerage. He received his real estate licence before he graduated from college and began working deals with investors in the Miami area. 

Stirling specializes in commercial real estate and ultra-luxury residential real estate. He was exposed to investment real estate working with his father who is currently developing the Magic City district in Miami. Stirling leverages his extensive network to cater to high-end clients seeking to acquire or dispose of off-market properties efficiently and discreetly. 

Stirling provides in-depth consulting to his ultra-luxury clientele throughout their entire lifestyle including real estate, yachts, cars and planes. He is a licensed yacht broker with Kitson Yachts and is well known in the auto industry as a collector. By offering these fully integrated luxury services he is able to make his clients experience streamlined and easy. 

In addition to real estate Stirling is an auto enthusiast. He collects and races cars as well as maintains the popular instagram page Scuderiaman, focusing on rare Ferraris. Stirling attended University of Miami as a real estate major. Prior to working in real estate Stirling worked at Motorsport Network. Stirling is also an avid boater and when not in the car can be found out on the water.
